The Rabbit Test, by katemonkey, The Losers (movie-verse); when Cougar gets turned into a woman, his relationship with Jensen doesn't change a bit (warning for preg, wishing to reproduce despite extreme gender dysphoria)
An Ever Fixed Mark by seanchai and elspethdixon; comics-verse Avengers, Loki accidentally turns Tony into a woman, hijinks ensue (warnings for preg, miscarriage)
Pigfeathers by Alchemia Dent and Bugland; Harry Potter (I did take things back a ways), Harry wants to be a woman, only Snape can make the potion that can help, things get complicated (warnings for dubious consent)
Home's The Farthest Way by reera the red; Harry Potter (warnings for being on Fanfiction.net), sequel to a gen fic you don't really need to read about the developing friendship between Snape and Lupin
[this fic has issues: the author felt that she couldn't slash the two characters, so she turned Lupin into a woman, and got them together afterwards; however, it definitely works out, story-wise, the gender-change and the mystery behind it makes the plot, not the romance between the two]
